Our Responsible Gaming Commitment
At 999999bet, we believe online gaming is purely a form of entertainment — not a source of income. Our goal is to provide every player with a safe, balanced, and enjoyable experience.
Online gaming has become a popular form of entertainment for millions of people in Bangladesh. At 999999bet, we want to ensure that every player stays within their limits and never falls victim to excessive gaming. Responsible gaming is not just a policy — it is the core foundation of our business.
Our platform offers a range of tools and features to help you keep your gaming habits healthy and controlled. From setting deposit limits to taking a temporary break or a full self-exclusion — we provide all types of support. Our 24/7 support team is always by your side.
Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
Following these core principles will ensure your gaming experience remains enjoyable and safe at all times.
Play for Entertainment
See gaming purely as a form of entertainment. Playing for fun, not for profit, is the first condition of responsible gaming. Never play with money that is essential for your daily needs.
Set a Budget
Set a fixed budget before each gaming session and stick to it strictly. On 999999bet, you can easily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
Respect Time Limits
Stay aware of how much time you are spending on gaming. Avoid long, unbroken play sessions. Take regular breaks and spend time with family and friends.
Do Not Chase Losses
Placing more bets to recover lost money is a dangerous habit. Every game outcome is entirely independent — past losses do not guarantee future wins.
Consider Your Mental State
Never play when you are under stress, feeling down, or under the influence of alcohol. The best gaming experience comes from playing with a clear and calm mind.
Protecting Minors
999999bet strictly follows a 21+ age policy. Keep your account secure so that younger family members cannot access it. Use a strong password.
Our Protection Tools
999999bet provides you with a variety of effective tools to help you stay in control of your gaming. By using these features, you can build a healthier gaming habit.
Deposit Limits
Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately.
Temporary Break
If you want to take a break from gaming for a while, use the time-out feature for anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days.
Self-Exclusion
Through long-term self-exclusion, you can request that your account be completely closed for a set period of time.
Gaming History
View the complete history of your deposits, withdrawals, and gaming activity. Stay aware of your own habits.
The minimum deposit amount at 999999bet is ৳100. However, you can set your daily or weekly deposit limit even lower if you choose. Decreasing a limit takes effect immediately, but increasing a limit requires a waiting period — this protects you from making impulsive decisions.
Once self-exclusion is activated, access to your account will be completely blocked. Any attempt to open a new account during an active self-exclusion period will also be detected and blocked by us. To start this feature, please contact our live chat support.
Assess Yourself
The questions below will help you become more aware of your gaming habits. If you answer "yes" to more than one question, we recommend speaking with our support team.
If you feel that gaming is having a negative impact on your life, contact us today. Our 24/7 live chat support will help you make the right decision. Asking for help is not a weakness — it is a sign of courage.
Ensure Protection for Minors
999999bet is for ages 21 and above only. We follow a strict age verification process. It is your responsibility to keep your account and device secure.
Use a Strong Password
Never share your account password with other family members. Create a strong password using uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
Keep Your Device Secure
Use a screen lock on your phone or computer. Always log out at the end of a session, especially on shared devices.
Keep Financial Information Private
Never share your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account PIN and banking details with anyone else.
Age Verification Process
We verify the age of every user at the time of registration. If there is any suspicion that a minor is using an account, we immediately suspend that account and conduct an investigation.
